Sophia’s culinary journey began in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she developed a deep appreciation for food, inspired by the region's innovative chefs and fresh, local ingredients.

Her early experiences include hosting a children's cooking camp and working as a personal chef and recipe developer from her college years into her early professional life. For nearly a decade, she has worked as a kitchenware buyer for top brands like Williams Sonoma and currently Crate & Barrel, gaining a deep understanding of the tools and craftsmanship that elevate the culinary process.

In 2024, Sophia formalized her expertise by completing a culinary certificate program at Kendall College in Chicago. With this rigorous education and her decade of industry experience, she crafts unique and memorable dining experiences for every client. Sophia currently lives in Lincoln Park with her husband and daughter.
